Key Responsibilities Develop detailed 3D BIM models based on architectural structural and drawings Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure model accuracy Detect and resolve clash detections between different building systems Prepare construction drawings plans and documentation from the BIM model Maintain model updates and version control throughout project phases Support project visualization and design review Assist in quantity takeoffs and cost estimation from the model Key Skills Proficiency in BIM software Revit Navisworks AutoCAD ArchiCAD Understanding of architectural structural and design principles Clash detection and problemsolving skills Knowledge of construction processes and standards Collaboration and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
