Overview
Executive Chef position in El-Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will manage our existing chefs, develop new recipes, and oversee kitchen operations in the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and refine menus and recipes to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food safety, inventory, and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Passion for food with a drive to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Creative, organized, and able to work under pressure while remaining calm.
- Excellent communication skills for supervising staff and interacting with customers.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and flavours; understanding of food safety regulations.
- Experience is not required, but ability to demonstrate cooking knowledge is expected.
Compensation and Considerations
