Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Call Centre Specialist. The Call Centre Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer support, addressing patient inquiries, and scheduling appointments. The role involves effective communication with patients and coordinating with healthcare staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. The specialist will also maintain patient records and input data accurately into the system.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff
• Experience in Contact Centers
• Basic Computer Literacy skills for maintaining patient records and administrative tasks
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in sales
• Ability to follow instructions
