Chef job vacancy in Musaffah UAE. We are looking to hire a talented and passionate Chef to join our team in Musaffah. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to take their career in the hospitality industry to the next level. As a Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation of high-quality meals for our customers. This role requires someone with previous experience in a similar role and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will enjoy a salary of 1700, along with other benefits such as medical insurance, meals and transportation allowance. We are also willing to consider applicants from outside the UAE for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen staff and ensure all safety regulations are adhered to while food is being prepared and served.
• Plan menus and purchase ingredients.
• Keep accurate records of food costs and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.
• Coordinate effectively with other kitchen staff members as well as wait staff through clear communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Professional cooking qualifications or culinary school certifications.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth running of kitchen operations.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with staff.
