Our client, a British-owned real estate group with a growing presence in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to help drive sales performance and lead a team of motivated agents. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members
- Monitor market trends and help shape strategy across off-plan and secondary property sales
- Collaborate with marketing, developers, and listing teams to ensure a consistent pipeline
- Implement performance-driven processes to improve lead conversion and client satisfaction
- Act as a senior point of contact for high-value clients and investment buyers
- Recruit and onboard new agents as the team expands
Requirements
Minimum 4 + years of real estate sales experience , with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong background in both off-plan and secondary sales in the UAE marketDeep understanding of buyer behavior, developer relations, and RERA complianceProven track record of team performance and revenue generationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead from the front and close high-value deals personally when neededWhat’s on Offer
