• Process automation with hands-on experience in process re-engineering and Robotics, preferably in the Banking industry.
• Experience with automation tools and technologies (Robotics, OCR, NLP, AI, ML).
• Experience with RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, UIPath, Blue Prism, etc.).
• Robotics process automation experience as a Business Analyst.
• Develop and implement RPA Process Analysis toolkit and standardize processes.
• Prepare a strong automation pipeline using process mining and diagnostics.
• Explore new technologies and approaches for Process Analysis.
• Introduce new technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
• Stay updated with Agile / Scrum best practices and trends.
