Overview
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in the HVAC / MEP contracting sector. This role involves managing financial operations, handling contracts, and fostering strong client relationships to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable effectively.
- Prepare annual financial reports and ensure timely filing of tax returns.
- Maintain banking relationships, credit facilities, and funding requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, service agreements, and warranties.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Supervise all legal affairs and ensure proper documentation management.
