We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities to lead the team and oversee all store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment that meets sales targets and maintains high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and performance goals
- Manage daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and staffing
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues professionally
- Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and productivity
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment
- Monitor and control store expenses and budgets
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and business performance metrics
Qualifications
