Responsibilities Oversee the school s information systems and technology infrastructure Manage hardware software and network systems to ensure optimal performance Implement and maintain school management software and EDMS platforms Provide technical support and training to staff and students Ensure data security and compliance with privacy policies Collaborate with administrative staff to support digital initiatives Plan and coordinate system upgrades and new technology integrations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field Proven experience in IT management preferably in an educational environment Knowledge of school management systems EDMS platforms and networks Strong problemsolving and organizational skills Excellent communication and technical support abilities
