Sr. Systems Engineer

As a Senior System Engineer at DataPatrol, you will play a pivotal role in our PreSales, PostSales, and support efforts. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, design DataPatrol solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a technical role that requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and technical requirements.
• Develop and present technical solutions and product demonstrations to potential clients and partners.
• Assist in creating detailed proposals, technical documentation, and BoQ's.
• Serve as a technical advisor during client meetings and presentations.
• Lead the implementation of DataPatrol solution, including system setup, configuration, and integration.
• Work closely with clients to ensure successful deployment and provide technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during implementation.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure effective use of our solutions.
