As a Lobby Hostess you will serve the needs of the business by ensuring that all guests are enjoying a positive and memorable Anantara experience. Your role is to create a seamless and memorable arrival, departure, and stay experience by offering personalized service and assisting with guest needs in a professional yet heartfelt manner in accordance with Anantara brand standards.

Qualifications :

• A strong focus on customer service
• Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required
• Be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Computer skills in MS Office
