Draftsman

We are urgently looking for a Landscape Draftsman with handson experience in landscape swimming pool design and 3D modeling The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of UAE experience and be available to join immediately Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for landscape swimming pool and irrigation projects Create shop drawings asbuilt drawings and planting irrigation pool layouts Develop 3D visual presentations using software such as SketchUp Lumion or Revit Assist in designing decorative structures for landscaping projects Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accuracy and timely execution Update drawings based on site modifications consultant feedback and authority requirements Support documentation for municipal approvals Dubai Municipality DDA etc Maintain organized and uptodate project files and CAD standards Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Drafting or Landscape Architecture Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in landscape and swimming pool drafting Strong in AutoCAD 2D proficient in 3D software SketchUp Lumion Revit etc Knowledge of hardscape softscape irrigation and swimming pool detailing Knowledge of work is a plus Familiarity with municipal approval processes in the UAE Strong communication coordination and time management skills Immediate joiners only will be considered
