Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee interior fit out projects—including residential, F&B, and retail spaces—across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent site coordination skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations for fit out projects from mobilization to handover.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure productivity and adherence to project timelines.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, drawings, and UAE building regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, QS teams, and Clients for smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily / weekly site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Manage site materials, logistics, and procurement follow‑ups as required.
• Resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and company safety policies.
