SearchPlus HR is thrilled to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Specialist / Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this essential role, you will utilize your extensive knowledge and skills to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions impacting the oral and maxillofacial regions, ultimately improving the lives of our patients.

Your key responsibilities will involve performing intricate surgical procedures, including dental extractions, corrective jaw surgeries, and trauma-related reconstructions. You will engage with patients throughout their care journey, from initial assessments and treatment planning to post-operative follow-ups, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and high-quality care.

Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and evaluate patients with oral and maxillofacial issues through comprehensive examinations
  • Develop and execute tailored surgical treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
  • Perform various surgical procedures including maxillofacial reconstructive surgeries, dental implants, and alveolar bone grafting
  • Provide continuous pre-operative and post-operative patient care, including pain management and recovery plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment options and procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care
  • Document patient information accurately in medical records
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest techniques and advancements in the field
  • Adhere to ethical practices and prioritize patient safety

Requirements

  • Medical degree with appropriate dental and surgical licensure
  • Completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
  • Fellowship training or specialization in a relevant field is desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in performing advanced oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
  • Extensive understanding of surgical techniques and innovations in oral health
  • Outstanding diagnostic and clinical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective patient interactions
  • Strong collaborative mindset and experience working in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Commitment to high-quality patient-centered care and adherence to safety standards
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and education
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment and manage multiple priorities

    • Benefits

    Working Time is Full Time.

    Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K

    Benefits are Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance
