Program Manager Compliance Data And Technology

We are looking for a strategic, cross-functional Program Manager to lead in the digital transformation of our Compliance function. This role combines business and compliance expertise with digital transformation strategy, process improvement, project management, and functional application management. This role will be responsible for driving compliance technology selection including analytics and AI, leading adoption and communication campaigns, and ensuring sustainable integration with the compliance business and functional teams. The ideal candidate is both an analytical systems thinker and a change agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Compliance Platform : Collaborate across compliance, digital technology, and business teams to drive an integrated, comprehensive portfolio of investments in technology, data, analytics, and AI.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to evaluate, select, and implement compliance technologies such as a GRC platform, continuous monitoring solution, third-party management system, and trade controls tool.
• Manage the request for proposal process for SaaS platforms supporting compliance operations.
• Manage an application portfolio including vendor relationships in partnership with the digital technology teams to ensure successful adoption and usage in the functional and business teams.
• Manage intake and prioritization of ideas and feedback that involve digital investments.

If Contracted In The US

The base pay range for this position is $177,000 - 290,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. This posting is expected to close on 9 / 9 / 2025.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
