Responsibilities

• Operational Support : Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service delivery, adherence to brand standards, and optimal guest experience.
• Guest Relations : Greet and interact with guests, ensuring satisfaction and handling any complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
• Team Supervision : Supervise and motivate the outlet team, assign duties, provide training, and ensure staff performance aligns with company standards.
• Inventory Control : Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring usage to minimize waste and maintain cost control.
• Financial Oversight : Support in achieving outlet financial targets by monitoring expenses, upselling, and contributing to revenue generation strategies.
• Compliance : Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly followed within the outlet.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Outlet Manager and other departments to coordinate service, events, and special promotions.
• Reporting : Provide feedback and reports to the Outlet Manager on sales performance, staff issues, and guest feedback.
• Problem-Solving : Resolve operational issues efficiently and take initiative to improve guest service and outlet performance.
