The Role

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of the hospital's budget.
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Oversee and perform various accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to management and regulatory agencies.
• Perform special projects as assigned by the CFO or Finance Director.

Salary and Benefits :

1. Salary : Competitive salary range : $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

2. Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
