We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to manage our internship and training programs. You will be the key link between universities, companies, and our digital program portal. Your core duties will include liaising with universities about students and opportunities, registering university contacts on the portal, and approving training opportunities. You will also coordinate with companies to gather necessary information and diligently follow up to ensure students complete their programs and that both companies and institutions submit their final evaluations. This role requires strong organizational skills and clear communication.
- Liaise with universities regarding students and internship/training opportunities.
- Register university coordinators on the digital platform.
- Approve training opportunities on the digital platform.
- Coordinate with companies when additional information is required for training opportunities.
- Follow up on students’ completion of programs and ensure evaluations are submitted by both the company and the educational institution.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or client-facing role. Experience in higher education, HR, or government programs (especially Nafis) is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with digital platforms and portals; direct experience with the digital platform is highly desirable.
- Ability to quickly learn and manage new software systems.

- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Arabic, if required).
