Principal Consultant (Customer eXperience)

The Principal Solutions Architect / Consultant (Customer eXperience) helps customers succeed with their enterprise Data Management solutions. We are actively recruiting an experienced consultant who loves working with data. You''ll use Informatica''s Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform and other On-Prem products to deliver solutions related to Data Governance, Data Integration and Master Data Management. Join us and be part of shaping the future of data management.

Your Opportunity

You''ll provide industry leading data management consulting services to our customers who utilize Informatica products and solutions. You''ll also support the services sales cycle as requested and mentor other Informatica consultants in the effective use and deployment of On-Prem and Cloud Informatica products.

Your Role Responsibilities

You will work with our customers and business partners on short-term assignments to provide on-the-spot Informatica expertise and on longer-term assignments to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with customers'' expectations and Informatica''s internal best practices. You will travel whenever necessary, work alone or lead a technical team to provide support and solutions for assigned customers and projects. You will promote best practices with an outcome-driven mindset while managing project deliverables, timelines, and customer expectations, ensuring long-term success and adoption of Informatica products. Your ultimate mission is to deliver a first-rate customer experience and positive brand awareness for Informatica.
