We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager (Salon & Spa) who will own and grow a portfolio of exclusive and marketplace salon & spa partners in the Business Development department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. What we expect from you: Own a portfolio of beauty & wellness partners, driving both GMV growth and profitability (discounts, commissions, utilization, gateway fees) Develop onboarding plans for crews & new partners to expand supply across services and cities Build tailored growth strategies and hold partners accountable for execution Negotiate terms (commissions, exclusivity, promos) with strong commercial acumen Benchmark performance against UAE market & competitors to unlock untapped opportunities Forecast demand across cities by service type, aligning supply & discount levers Collaborate with Ops to improve booking flow, crew allocation, and zone segmentation Partner with the Quality team to close the loop on escalations through audits & retraining Run performance reviews on repeat %, cancellations, and operational gaps Lead weekly/monthly business reviews (WBR/MBR) for your portfolio Deep dive into demand/supply gaps, building action plans grounded in data Analyze which services/categories drive growth, need improvement, or present immediate opportunities What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or similar) 3–5 years account management in e-commerce, marketplaces, or service platforms Direct P&L, GMV, or portfolio growth ownership experience Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, hands-on experience with Power BI, Freshdesk, and CRM tools, and expertise in KPIs, forecasting, and performance deep-dives Strong financial acumen, comfortable with partner earnings analysis Proven record of negotiating commissions, contracts, and exclusivity Ability to balance growth and profitability in complex partner discussions Excellent communicator and cross-functional influencer Experience in the beauty, wellness, mobility, or home services industry (nice to have) PERKS OF BEING A PART of JUSTLIFE Nothing would replace the start-up spirit, working with an evolving culture and fulfilling workplace !
