Role Summary
The Senior Procurement Officer will lead end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and alignment with Astra Tech’s strategic goals. The role involves managing sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on building reliable vendor relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluation.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to secure optimal commercial and legal conditions.
- Build, manage, and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Operations) to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and regular reviews, driving continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support risk management by ensuring supplier due diligence, KYC, and business continuity planning.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in technology, fintech.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract law.Proven negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
