We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Real Estate Admin to join Rich Property and oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing office administration, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with us.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
- Coordinate communication between staff, clients, and management to maintain efficient processes.
- Monitor office supplies and handle inventory, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee staff schedules and office maintenance to maintain a productive work environment.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support CRM management by ensuring data is updated and tracked correctly.
- Handle basic HR functions such as leave tracking and employee attendance.
- Prepare reports for management and assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements :
Proven experience in office management or administration.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.Join Rich Property as our Office Manager and play a key role in supporting the success of our team!
