Overview

The aircraft electrical technician performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft electrical systems. They follow directives from the Supervisor to support the maintenance team and unit operations.

The technician will be responsible for :

• Performing inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, and testing of aircraft and equipment electrical systems according to technical publications, regulations, and company policies.
• Completing all necessary forms, records, and documents related to aircraft maintenance activities in compliance with DA PAM 738-751 and other applicable standards.
• Sharing knowledge and providing advice, support, and on-the-job training to trainees to help them develop their skills and attain self-sufficiency in aircraft electrical repairs.
• Carrying out all tasks assigned by the Supervisor to support the maintenance team and operations.
