Your Role

• Initiate all approvals as per the process
• Documentation and customer creation
• Job booking and issuing PI
• Job release, create PR and process B2B orders
• Get delivery acknowledgement and update to customer
• Take delivery approval as per the process
• Prepare documents required along with the deliveries
• Send to supervisor for any inspection and final commissioning
• Get signed DO and invoice the job
• Update forecast file
