Description
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and executing procurement strategies that drive efficiency and cost savings. This position requires strong negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to managing supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable.
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Analyze market trends and forecasts to identify potential procurement opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on procurement needs and objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare reports for management review.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.2-12 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of procurement and contract management.For Assistance Call @ Suraj 8510002397
