Resident Engineer - Infrastructure

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Resident Engineer Infrastructure to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of infrastructure projects including planning, design, construction, and maintenance.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
• Analyze and resolve complex engineering problems that arise during the project.
• Prepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Implement and maintain quality control and assurance procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations on project sites.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovative construction methodologies, and local building codes.
