Head of AI Product | Finance & Private Equity | Relocate to Abu Dhabi

The client, a leader in private equity, is driving an ambitious AI transformation agenda. They are looking for a Head of AI Product to lead a high-performing team and embed AI solutions across business platforms, enabling scale, efficiency, and innovation.

This role will see you set the AI strategy and roadmap, architect enterprise-grade AI solutions, and ensure adoption across the business.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading AI product teams and building AI solutions
• Delivered and scaled enterprise-grade ML / AI systems
• Strong business domain knowledge, ideally within Private Equity, Finance, or Investment
• Proven experience in AI technical delivery : LLMs, GenAI, RAG / agents, and data engineering
• Expertise in data governance, Privacy controls, and Responsible AI frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to define AI product strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and measure value delivery
• Strong leadership experience : motivating large, cross-functional AI delivery teams (60+ people)
