Biological Scientist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and research-driven Biological Scientist to join our scientific team. The ideal candidate will conduct biological research to understand living systems investigate biological processes and contribute to the advancement of healthcare environmental sustainability agriculture or biotechnology innovation. This position requires strong scientific methodology laboratory skills and the ability to analyze and communicate complex biological data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design plan and conduct experiments to study biological systems such as cells organisms ecosystems or molecular pathways.
• Analyze biological samples using laboratory techniques (e.g. microscopy spectrophotometry electrophoresis PCR).
• Collect manage and interpret experimental data; perform statistical analysis and draw conclusions based on scientific evidence.
• Document research processes and findings in detailed lab notebooks and scientific reports.
• Prepare publications technical documentation or presentations to share findings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations in the lab or field.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including biotechnologists ecologists chemists or engineers depending on the project focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Masters or Ph.D. in Biology Microbiology Molecular Biology Environmental Science or a related field.
• 15 years of laboratory or field research experience.
• Proficiency in designing experiments handling biological materials and analyzing biological data.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment scientific software and data visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of biological principles and scientific research methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with regulatory bodies (e.g. FDA EPA) or in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with bioinformatics ecological modeling or statistical software (e.g. R SAS GraphPad Prism).
• Background in environmental biology agriculture biotechnology or biomedical research.
• Experience writing research grants or managing scientific projects.
