Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution. Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Key responsibilities include :
- Leading project teams to deliver rail projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Overseeing all phases of project development, from design through construction and commissioning.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex project challenges and drive solutions.
