الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s degree in law; an LLM or equivalent is preferred. Admitted to a recognised bar (common law jurisdiction preferred, e.g., UK, US, Australia). Qualified lawyer with 4 to 8 years PQE in intellectual property law. Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious IP matters. Solid understanding of trade marks, copyright, and design law; patent familiarity advantageous. Experience in licensing and commercial exploitation of IP. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Commercial awareness and ability to balance legal risks with business objectives. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams (legal, R&D, commercial, technical).
