Ductmen

We are seeking a skilled Ductmen to install assemble and repair duct systems for HVAC and ventilation projects The ideal candidate will have experience working with ductwork ensuring proper installation safety compliance and quality standards Key Responsibilities Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications related to ductwork systems Install assemble and fix ducting systems as per project requirements Measure and cut ducts accurately using hand and power tools Ensure proper sealing insulation and insulation of ducts Inspect installed systems for leaks damages or defects Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Collaborate with engineers supervisors and other construction team members Complete installation within scheduled timeframes and ensure quality standards Qualifications Experience Proven experience as a Ductman HVAC fitter or similar role Knowledge of ducting materials tools and installation techniques Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints Good understanding of safety standards and practices Physical fitness and ability to work in confined or elevated spaces Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is an advantage
