Mechanical BIM Modeler

Responsibilities Create detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems including HVAC plumbing and fire protection Collaborate with design teams to develop integrated building models Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment Ensure models adhere to project standards and client requirements Generate construction drawings and documentation from BIM models Update and maintain models based on design revisions and site feedback Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler in the Mechanical Electrical Plumbing field Proficiency in BIM software Revit Navisworks etc Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams Good attention to detail and problemsolving skills Relevant certifications or training in BIM
