Lead / Specialist Construction Engineer

الوصف الوظيفيLead successful execution of complex construction activities in challenging marine environments. Supervise the execution of construction activities such as hookup, installation, and commissioning of offshore facilities. Develop and implement construction strategies and execution plans. Provide engineering guidance to resolve construction-related challenges. Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and participate in audits. Monitor construction progress and prepare detailed reports. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and environmental requirements. Minimum 15–20+ years of extensive experience in offshore oil and gas construction. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with regional regulations and offshore construction practices. PMC experience will be preferred. Previous experience in ADNOC projects in a similar role would be an added advantage.

We are urgently looking for Lead / Specialist Construction Engineer for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.
Qualification
- The candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
