Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, providing excellent customer service, developing real estate projects, and driving sales. Daily tasks include property showings, market analysis, client consultations, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Real Estate transactions
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in Real Estate Development
• Effective Sales skills in the Real Estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus
• Independently source broker and direct client network
• Meet and exceed assigned targets and KPIs
• Effectively consult with potential clients and advise on various aspects of the project in line with their requirements
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation
• Required Languages : Russian / Chinese speakers
