Job Summary : AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer with a proven track record in Metro and Railways projects within the infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate should have 15-20 years of extensive on-site experience, demonstrating strong technical expertise and leadership in overseeing the construction and implementation phases of large-scale transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical leadership and oversight throughout the construction phases of Metro and Railways projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of contractors, subcontractors, and construction personnel on site.
• Conduct regular inspections, quality assessments, and progress evaluations to monitor project performance.
• Resolve technical issues, disputes, and challenges that may arise during construction, ensuring timely resolution to minimize delays.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, drawings, schedules, and budgets.
• Implement effective project control measures to manage costs, schedules, and resources efficiently.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
