Senior Architect Job Location Abu Dhabi UAE Job Details Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture At least 15 years of relevant experience in architectural design Minimum of 12 years of experience in consultancy field in the UAE mostly in Abu Dhabi Extensive experience in Concept design engineering disciplines techniques and best practices Demonstrated expertise in architectural design principles construction materials and building systems Significant experience in developing detailed design and tender documents including interdisciplinary coordination and quality control to ensure timely project delivery Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD with Revit experience being advantageous Indepth knowledge of UAE building codes authority requirements regulations and international codes and standards Up to date with industry trends new technologies and sustainable design practices Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
