Responsibilities 1 Provide general administrative support such as preparing Memos correspondence forms and reports advertising job positions recruitment processing applications and verifying employment contracts and compensation in compliance with the organization s policies contracts laws and agreements 2 Interpret assist and inform employees and in charges regarding leave management benefits performance appraisal process and HR procedures and policies 3 Employee induction joining orientations onboarding as well as releasing formalities and exit interviews 4 Conduct regular HR trainings and coordinate with HSE for Safety security inductions 5 Maintain confidentiality concerning employee relations personnel actions legal actions termination and nonrenewal documents and organizational plans 6 As an ISO process owner to ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned delivered and documented for internal and external audit 7 Mobilization and Onboarding process including but not limited to induction visa processing status changes family visa applications health insurance applications work permits etc 8 Responsible for sourcing Group medical insurance plans for the company Preparing costbenefit analysis coverage and network analysis claim ratio and reimbursement clauses etc 9 Organize team building exercises for administration employees and operations team 10 Prepare all leave settlements FNF settlements ticket allowances bonuses loan settlements etc 11 Payroll management for all employees Headcount
