HR Payroll Officer Job Location Ras alKhaimah United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities Collect verify and reconcile daily attendance and leave records from all sites Maintain detailed records of employee attendance leave balances and approvals Ensure proper documentation for employees going on leave including approvals and leave balance updates Timely accurately Process payroll and ensure compliance with WPS and UAE labor laws Handle endofservice benefits and process fullandfinal settlements for departing employees Ensure proper documentation and approvals for payrollrelated activities Manage and update payroll systems including PACT and support future implementations like Time Trax Cloud Based HR Solution Address employee queries related to payroll attendance and leave management Generate payroll and attendance reports reconciliation for management review and audits daily monthly Assist new employees with the C3 other bank account opening process for salary disbursements Job Details Bachelors degree in Accounting HR or a related field 35 years of experience in payroll and attendance management preferably in the UAE Proficiency in payroll systems such as PACT Tally and Time Trax Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and WPS requirements Advanced skills in MS Excel and data reconciliation
