Responsibilities Greet and check in guests ensuring a smooth and efficient process Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Provide information about hotel services amenities and local attractions Maintain guest records and ensure all billing and payment procedures are followed Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times Requirements Previous experience in a guest service or front desk role preferably in hospitality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused attitude Ability to work in a fastpaced environment Fluency in English Arabic is a plus
