Role Overview

• Plan and execute sales strategies with Key Accounts (Distributors, OR, IR, resellers, Trade).
• Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual market share and sales targets.
• Support decision-making by senior management on sales and service strategies through market inputs and customer feedback.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts at all levels.
• Identify client requirements and develop solutions to overcome sales barriers.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support sales plans.
• Regularly inform potential clients about new products and pricing updates.
• Manage and implement situational pricing and ensure consistency across online channels.
• Collaborate with local teams for successful product launches and regional campaigns.
• Plan weekly stock allocation per account.
• Oversee inventory management.
• Provide team leadership and guidance.
