The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Business Partner Compliance Lead, You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. This Position Will Report Directly To The EMEA Leader, Business Partner Compliance And Will Work Closely With Other Regional Compliance Leads To Support The Solventum Ethics & Compliance Program Across The EMEA Region. Here, You Will Make An Impact By

• Supporting the implementation and execution of the E&C compliance program within the Middle East through training, guidance, risk assessment, communications, processes, third party onboarding and elevating awareness of the Solventum Code of Conduct
• May be sometimes involved in executing shared compliance responsibilities across EMEA
• Supporting commercial and operational stakeholders in their efforts to proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks while monitoring key compliance metrics and assisting in the development of action plans and strategies addressing the opportunities identified from monitoring and investigation efforts
• Reviewing high risk transactions and engagements such as conflicts of interests, third party intermediary due diligence, business programs and courtesies (pre-approval and post activity monitoring)
• Supporting compliance governance processes in the Area to ensure leaders are setting the right tone, compliance has visibility to business strategies, and key compliance initiatives are being cascaded
• Acting as a point-of-contact for employee questions, and / or directing employees to the right resources to address concerns
