Location Dubai Mall Grand Atrium Industry Luxury Jewellery Watches bAbout the Employer b Our client is an internationally recognized brand in the highend jewellery industry Established in the brand is renowned for its craftsmanship independence and commitment to tradition With its headquarters in London England the brand is known for its elegant and innovative designs bJob Summary b On behalf of our client we are looking for a Sales Executive to join the flagship boutique in Dubai Mall Grand Atrium The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills fluency in Russian and English and prior experience in luxury retail particularly in jewellery watches or highend fashion bKey Responsibilities b Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable luxury shopping experience Support the team in achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Develop a deep understanding of the brands product range history and craftsmanship to provide expert consultations Assist in expanding the client base by proactively engaging with potential customers Maintain an impeccable boutique presentation ensuring stock management and visual merchandising meet brand standards RequirementsEducation Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited university Languages Fluency in Russian and English is required Knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is a plus Experience 35 years of sales experience preferably in luxury retail jewellery watches or fashion bSkills b Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customerfocused approach with the ability to build rapport Wellorganized and detail oriented Knowledge of crosscultural communication Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems bPresentation b Demonstrates an understanding of executive dress code and business etiquette appropriate for highlevel engagements bResidency b Candidates must currently reside in the bUAE b BenefitsMarket competitive salary package and employment support Opportunity to work with an international luxury brand in a prestigious location If you meet the qualifications and are passionate about luxury sales we encourage you to apply with the CV in English
