Job Title Sales Executive Timeshare Experience As a Sales Executive with timeshare experience you will generate leads present timeshare options to potential clients and close sales Your expertise in the timeshare industry and strong sales skills will contribute to our companys growth and success Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads through various channels including networking referrals and online research Conduct sales presentations and property tours to potential clients highlighting the benefits of our timeshare offerings Build and maintain client relationships providing exceptional customer service and followup Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies Keep uptodate with industry trends market conditions and competitor activities Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
