IT Executive

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure systems and networks for our restaurant operations across the UAE The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless functioning of all ITrelated systems including POS systems hardware software and networks while providing technical support and implementing innovative technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Management Maintain troubleshoot and upgrade hardware software and network systems to ensure uninterrupted operations POS System Support Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of POS systems ensuring smooth transaction processing System Security Implement and monitor IT security measures to safeguard company data and systems against cyber threats Technical Support Provide prompt technical support to restaurant teams addressing and resolving hardware and software issues Network Administration Manage wired and wireless networks ensuring connectivity across multiple locations Data Backup Recovery Regularly perform data backups and develop disaster recovery plans Vendor Coordination Liaise with external IT service providers and vendors for hardware software and system maintenance contracts IT Training Train restaurant staff on IT systems and best practices to optimize usage and minimize errors System Upgrades Recommend and implement upgrades or new technologies to improve operational efficiency Compliance Reporting Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain documentation of IT assets and processes Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field 2 years of experience in IT support preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry Proficiency in managing POS systems and restaurant management software Strong understanding of networking LAN WAN IT security and system administration Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and vendors Knowledge of UAE labor and data protection laws is an advantage Benefits Health insurance and other benefits as per UAE labor law Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fastpaced industry
