Senior Buyer Job Location UAE Main Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project requirements Analyze market trends and data to inform procurement decisions Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers Collaborate with project teams to prioritize purchasing needs and manage project schedules Stay updated on UAE construction regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance Requirements Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field At least 10 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry Relevant professional certification e g CIPS PMP is a plus Proficiency in procurement and project management software along with the Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple projects
