Description In this role you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to both sales and technical support These responsibilities often combine product knowledge customer relationships and market awareness to drive sales success Some key responsibilities include Sales Growth Market Expansion Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager across all product categories Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance revenue and increase market penetration Generate leads conduct sales presentations and prepare competitive quotations Product Promotion Technical Support Promote and sell a diverse range of industrial products including valves pumps PICVs and heat exchangers Provide clients with technical guidance on product specifications applications and installation requirements Assist customers in selecting the best solutions tailored to their needs Market Analysis Business Development Monitor industry trends competitive activities and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies Identify potential markets for expansion and develop longterm business opportunities Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure longterm partnerships Address customer inquiries and concerns ensuring prompt and effective solutions Reporting Coordination Provide regular sales reports market insights and performance updates to the Sales Manager Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and sales pipelines in the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams including marketing logistics and technical support to ensure seamless service delivery
