Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a reputed client specializing in high-precision machinery for the jewelry manufacturing industry. As a recognized leader in this niche industrial sector, the company delivers innovative equipment solutions tailored to the evolving needs of jewelry producers across the region. With a strong focus on quality, performance, and client service, they are now looking to expand their sales force by hiring a motivated and field-ready Sales Executive to drive growth in the GCC and beyond.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop new business opportunities to expand the customer network.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and support.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate machinery or solutions.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and prepare customized proposals.
- Collaborate with internal departments (technical, logistics, after-sales) to ensure seamless execution.
- Handle post-sale interactions to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Requirements
2–4 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in machinery, equipment, or jewelry manufacturing sectors.Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) is essential.Bachelor’s degree in any field.Preference for male candidates due to extensive field travel and on-site requirements.Technical sales exposure or familiarity with industrial machinery is advantageous.Experience in the MENA / GCC region is a plus.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.Benefits

Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines. - A proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, coupled with an extensive network within the UAE’s MEP consulting, lighting design, specifier, and real estate development communities. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - In-depth knowledge of LED lighting products and their diverse applications - A self-starter attitude, driven by results, and capable of autonomous work. - Familiarity with UAE construction and lighting industry norms and regulations.
