We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Office Administrator to support daily operations in our ferrous and nonferrous metals business The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks coordinate office activities handle documentation and support procurement logistics and customer service functions Key Responsibilities Administrative Office Management Oversee general office operations ensuring smooth workflow Maintain organized records of transactions invoices and customer orders Prepare reports presentations and documentation for management Assist in HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and handling payroll processing Procurement Inventory Support Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for purchasing raw materials and supplies Maintain records of stock levels for ferrous and nonferrous metals Track incoming and outgoing shipments and update inventory systems Logistics Supply Chain Coordination Work closely with transport companies to schedule deliveries Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading and export import paperwork Ensure compliance with local and international metal trading regulations
