As the HR Director , you will play a pivotal role in driving the HR and administrative functions forward. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's objectives and foster positive work culture. Additionally, you will oversee all administrative activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Lead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Manage the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accurate record-keeping and data management.
- Oversee all administrative functions, including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and administrative teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
