Department Catering Food Services Tamween Hospitality Reports to Head Chef Catering Manager To prepare and serve authentic Arabic cuisine for our facility management operations The ideal candidate will have expertise in traditional and modern Arabic dishes ensuring high standards of hygiene presentation and taste suitable for corporate and institutional clients Key Responsibilities Prepare a wide range of Arabic dishes including hot and cold mezze grills main courses and desserts Develop and plan menus in coordination with the Catering Manager and ensure balanced nutrition Maintain proper inventory and request necessary supplies within the budget Ensure all food is prepared and served in accordance with hygiene and safety standards HACCP Supervise kitchen helpers and guide them in preparing ingredients and cooking processes Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times Monitor food storage and rotation to minimize wastage Cater to special dietary requirements as needed Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food to various facility sites if required Qualifications Experience Proven experience as an Arabic Chef in a largescale kitchen or facility management setup Minimum 5 years of experience in Arabic cuisine Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards HACCP certification is a plus Ability to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment Strong organizational and leadership skills Working Conditions May require working early mornings evenings or weekends based on site needs Should be flexible to work across multiple facilities managed by the company
